The historic town of Battle is at the very heart of 1066 Country.
It owes much of its attraction, not just to its colourful past, but to its colourful present. BEAUTIFUL BATTLE plays no small part in contributing towards this. The voluntary community group has at its
core aim –
"TO CONTINOUSLY ENHANCE THE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH WE LIVE"
Beautiful
Battle has 160 members of which 60 are active in creating and maintaining gardens, containers and hanging baskets throughout
the town. Beautiful Battle is supported by Battle Town Council, and their ground staff fully cooperate with the volunteeers.
